Likewise were executed other administrative activities as the value the properties of the Headquarters of the DEPARTMENT OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC as officially valuer, to take a control of the payments of taxes and services of the Headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia, also conformed the technical project for the one it includes of the lots that occupy the Casa de Nariño and the House of the Vice-presidency. Was made ahead the formulation, coordination and supervision in the elaboration of the studies of seismic vulnerability of the House of Nariño, besides the formulation, coordination and execution of several projects in all the Headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic. 

Inside the projects, to be the technical and administrative INTERVENTORÍA of the ROOM OF STRATEGY of the CASA DE NARIÑO, coordinating the process of technical and administrative control of the assembly. The costs of the mentioned room was a near to $1.500´000.000, between the costs of civil work and the installation of systems of last generation in technology. 

Also, I exercised the HEADQUARTERS OF MAINTENANCE OF THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT OF THE PRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC in general and in particular of the teams and infrastructure that make part of the buildings.
